Leading Inside Out :
A leadership program that help individuals understand themselves better, their leadership style as well as learn how to manage their time and energy. Unless individuals exercise personal leadership they will not be effective in leading others. This program helps to raise awareness of who they are, what impact they can have on their team and challenge them make shift in their behaviours that they can be more effective as a leader. This is typically done over 2-3 days which can be followed up with group or individual coaching.
Leading High Performing Teams :
This program provides leaders with skills to lead high performing team which requires them to have clarity for vision and purpose, understanding the team members and their strengths/motivation and providing feedback to keep team on course. We will also examine how to utilise meetings more powerfully – as a team practice, building stronger bonds and leveraging team members strengths. This is a 2 day workshop.
Communicating and Presenting with Impact :
One common barrier for leaders is lack of confidence in speaking English which might not be a first language. This program helps leaders to gain confidence in speaking English, identify barriers that prevent them from speaking clear and concisely and help them overcome through awareness and practice. To create lasting change, we also find ways create support and feedback mechanism back at the workplace. This program can be done one-on-one or in small groups of 6-8.
Straight Talk: Feedback that matters:
If learning is take place on the job, then leaders need to have the skills to frontload (let individuals know why the topic is important) and then give feedback that build up the individual and challenge them to be even better. Because we do not wish to damage long standing relationship, we often avoid feedback. This program help leaders to build working agreements with their team members, together they can co-create a feedback culture which is essential for learning. Depending on skill level of the group, this can be done in 2-3 day workshop.
